Last Monday the Paducah Lizards traveled to Guthrie to continue district play. The boys came out on fire playing great defense with great offense steady ball handling.The Lizards' offense outscored the Jaguars 23-9 in the first half.  Coming out of halftime the Lizards continued to pressure the Jaguars with their defense, leaving the Jaguars scoreless in the third, 36-9. Eighth graders Jalen McCorkle and Keyvondra Richardson led scoring with eight points for McCorkle and 19 for Richardson. The final score was 43-13 and the Lizards are still undefeated in district play with only one more district game left.
